Job Description

Administrative Assistant providing support to the General Counsel and legal team at LSAC. Involving administrative duties, project management, and maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the General Counsel and members of the legal team.
  • Assist with scheduling of meetings, completion and submission of expense reports and time sheets.
  • Coordinate travel, itineraries and authorizations.
  • Draft and revise legal documents and correspondence as requested by Legal Counsel.
  • Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Provide operational and basic project management for key initiatives.
  • Organize and determine priorities for incoming mail and phone calls.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Some college level coursework is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a fast-paced office environment, preferably as a legal assistant, or in a role with similar responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in execution and accountability for project management.
  • Proficient with Microsoft products required.
  • Notary Public a plus.
