Job Description
Administrative Assistant providing support to the General Counsel and legal team at LSAC. Involving administrative duties, project management, and maintaining confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the General Counsel and members of the legal team.
- Assist with scheduling of meetings, completion and submission of expense reports and time sheets.
- Coordinate travel, itineraries and authorizations.
- Draft and revise legal documents and correspondence as requested by Legal Counsel.
- Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Provide operational and basic project management for key initiatives.
- Organize and determine priorities for incoming mail and phone calls.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required.
- Some college level coursework is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a fast-paced office environment, preferably as a legal assistant, or in a role with similar responsibilities.
- Demonstrated experience in execution and accountability for project management.
- Proficient with Microsoft products required.
- Notary Public a plus.
