Job Description
Verwaltungsmitarbeiter für uNaice, einen Anbieter automatisierter Contentproduktion und Datenaufbereitung. Verantwortlich für Angebote, Liquiditätsmanagement und Kunden-Onboarding im vollständig remote arbeitenden Team.
Responsibilities:
- Support customers with relevant administrative tasks from initial business development through Customer Success
- Manage the quotation process
- Convert production specifications into accurate calculations and transparent customer proposals
- Manage liquidity and cash flow
- Handle invoicing, dunning, and accounts receivable and accounts payable management
- Act as the administrative liaison between Sales and Production, including customer contact
- Manage administrative customer onboarding
- Ensure the smooth handover of customers to Production
- Organize and continuously improve administrative processes and workflows
- Automate low-hanging-fruit tasks from day one
Requirements:
- Registered residence in Germany
- Cover letter in German
- Fluency in German and English
- Solid commercial or business administration training preferred; a university degree is not required
- Proficient use of the internet and Chrome; familiarity with Firefox and Internet Explorer
- Experience with or familiarity with Google Workspace (G Suite)
- Basic knowledge of balance sheets and profit and loss statements
- Understanding of the difference between gross margin and gross profit
- Ability to validate calculations using basic rule-of-three calculations
- Reliability, quick comprehension, and a strong willingness and ability to learn
- Willingness to question and continuously improve processes
- Excellent English and error-free writing skills
- Willingness to pursue further training and take on additional challenges
