Job Description

Administrative Coordinator managing schedules and communications for UK companies. Supporting day-to-day operations remotely while ensuring efficient workflows from South Africa.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across time zones
  • Handle email correspondence and respond to queries on behalf of clients
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
  • Maintain organised digital filing systems and databases
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Track tasks and deadlines using project management tools
  • Assist with onboarding, travel arrangements, and event planning where required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, office management, or coordination role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, or Asana is advantageous
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently in a remote setting
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
