Job Description

Administrative Support Specialist supporting OBAN’s federal I/O Psychology consulting projects. Coordinating assessments, documentation, reporting, and project operations for government clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for federal I/O Psychology projects
  • Coordinate meetings, focus groups, workshops, and stakeholder sessions
  • Maintain project schedules, action item trackers, and project documentation
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and briefing materials
  • Support contract deliverables and project reporting requirements
  • Assist with surveys, assessments, and organizational studies
  • Compile and organize assessment results and supporting documentation
  • Perform data entry, validation, and quality control reviews
  • Maintain project files and ensure document version control
  • Organize electronic records according to federal records management requirements
  • Prepare materials for project audits, reviews, and quality assurance activities
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee and organizational data

Requirements:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree
  • Three plus years administrative support for federal or consulting projects
  • Relevant training/certification preferred
  • Experience supporting federal agencies, federal contractors, or consulting projects preferred
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive workforce information
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required government security clearances
