Job Description
Administrator for Estate Management supporting operational management for JLL across EMEA. Requires English fluency and strong MS Office skills, with real estate knowledge as a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operational management of this strategic client across EMEA.
- Review critical dates from lease agreements, maintain accuracy of lease records, migrate documents to database systems, ensure compliance with lease terms, and prepare monthly reports.
- Raise purchase orders, coordinate billing and financial reporting, provide rent receivable data, facilitate timely payments, and reconcile invoices against lease terms.
- Regular communication with AP, landlords, managing agents, and suppliers, organize client meetings, and coordinate collaboration between internal departments.
- Manage process manuals, maintain service processes in line with SLAs, act as main client contact point, and coordinate workflows across departments.
Requirements:
- Fluent in written and spoken English and very good MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of real estate leases and obligations is a plus.
- Understanding of PO and AP processes is a plus.
- Good analytical skills, attention to detail, creative thinking, strong organizational abilities, and ability to work under time pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proactive problem-solving approach, and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
- Experience with vendor and stakeholder management is a plus.
