Job Description

AI-charged Growth Marketer driving demand at Close across paid, content and channel strategies. Building a multi-channel growth plan while leveraging AI for efficiency in workflows and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Own demand at Close across paid, content, and channel.
  • Build a multi-channel growth plan integrating SEO, YouTube, social media, and partnerships.
  • Create agent-assisted workflows for content production, distribution, and testing.
  • Partner with product team for website conversion and activation.
  • Build traffic and drive trials and paid conversions with efficient channel strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5-8+ years in B2B SaaS growth or marketing.
  • Experience with organic growth strategies and understand how discovery is changing.
  • Scrappy with resources: worked in small teams and made impactful decisions.
  • Outcome-oriented: focus on traffic conversion to trials and paying customers.
  • AI-leveraged: use AI to run experiments and optimize workflows.
