Job Description
Responsable indépendant optimisant des locations Airbnb pour ALB Conciergerie. Gestion des annonces, voyageurs, prestataires et prospection de propriétaires.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
- List and optimize properties: photos, descriptions, and SEO
- Implement yield management and dynamic pricing
- Manage bookings and guest relations
- Handle messages, check-ins, and disputes
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays
- Prospect for new property owners who want to outsource the management of their property
- Build and grow a portfolio of managed properties
- Recruit and mentor City Managers, if desired
Requirements:
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome
- Entrepreneurial motivation and independence
- Desire to build a recurring, long-term income
- Self-employed status
