Job Description
Responsable indépendant optimisant des locations Airbnb, Booking et Abritel pour ALB Conciergerie. Développement d’un portefeuille de propriétaires et coordination des opérations de conciergerie.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
- Create, manage, and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO
- Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue
- Manage reservations and guest relations, including messaging, check-in, and dispute resolution
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays
- Develop relationships with new property owners seeking to outsource the management of their properties
- Optionally recruit City Managers through sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity
Requirements:
- Independent contractor status
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome
