Job Description
Responsable indépendant gérant et optimisant des locations Airbnb, Booking et Abritel pour ALB Conciergerie. Développement d’un portefeuille de propriétaires et coordination des opérations voyageurs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
- Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO
- Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue
- Manage reservations and guest relations, including messaging, check-ins, and dispute resolution
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays
- Prospect for new property owners seeking to outsource the management of their properties
- Manage the business through the ALB platform and receive inquiries from property owners in your area
- Build and manage a portfolio of properties
- Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity
Requirements:
- Independent contractor status
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Background in real estate, sales, or another field
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Willingness to build a recurring, long-term income
