Job Description
Responsable indépendant gérant et optimisant des locations courte durée pour ALB Conciergerie. Développant un portefeuille de propriétaires et des revenus récurrents via Airbnb, Booking et Abritel.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
- Create, list, and optimize property listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO
- Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue
- Manage bookings and guest relations
- Handle messages, check-ins, and disputes
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays
- Prospect for new property owners who want to outsource the operation of their properties
- Build and develop a portfolio of managed properties
- Potentially recruit City Managers through the referral program and earn commissions on their activity
Requirements:
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is welcome
- Entrepreneurial motivation and independence
- Desire to build a long-term recurring income
- Independent contractor status
