Job Description
Responsable indépendant optimisant des logements Airbnb, Booking et Abritel pour ALB Conciergerie, réseau français de gestion locative courte durée. Développement d’un portefeuille de propriétaires et coordination des séjours.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
- Create, publish, and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO
- Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue
- Manage reservations and guest relations
- Handle messages, check-ins, and disputes
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays
- Prospect for new property owners seeking to outsource the management of their properties
- Manage and monitor operations via the ALB platform
- Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship
Requirements:
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome
- Entrepreneurial motivation and independence
- Desire to build a recurring, long-term income
- Independent contractor status
