Job Description
Responsable indépendant gérant et développant un portefeuille de locations courte durée pour ALB Conciergerie. Optimisation Airbnb, réservations, voyageurs et prospection de propriétaires.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
- Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO
- Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue
- Manage reservations and guest relations
- Send guest messages and manage check-ins
- Handle disputes
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays
- Prospect for new property owners wishing to outsource the management of their properties
- Manage operations through the ALB platform
- Potentially recruit City Managers through the referral program and earn commissions on their activity
Requirements:
- Independent contractor / freelance status
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Motivation and autonomy
- Interest in building a recurring, long-term income
- Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome, but no specific experience is required
