Job Description
Clinical analyst supporting Evernorth’s pharmacy, care, and benefit solutions through clinical modeling, reporting, and client program implementation. Partnering across business teams to improve operational controls, workflows, and client-specific clinical deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain clinical addendums, drug lists, program documentation, and client-specific clinical deliverables
- Support implementation of clinical programs for Commercial Division clients
- Execute benefit setup requests, clinical enrollments, formulary updates, and operational follow-up activities
- Develop clinical and financial models to evaluate program impacts, utilization trends, and client-specific scenarios
- Produce standard and custom reporting to support client requests and business initiatives
- Partner with Account Teams, Clinical Operations, Product, Underwriting, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve complex client and operational issues
- Serve as a liaison between business partners and operational teams to ensure successful implementation of client requests
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and quality
- Support development and maintenance of SOPs, process documentation, job aids, and training materials
- Participate in initiatives focused on automation, workflow optimization, governance, and operational controls
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interpret complex clinical, operational, and financial information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Excel, reporting tools, and business systems
- Ability to collaborate effectively across matrixed organizations
- Process improvement and operational excellence mindset
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field
- Cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload when working from home
