Job Description
Applications Support Specialist at Altus Group providing technical support on real estate platforms. Involves troubleshooting, client communications, and system maintenance with opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing, troubleshooting, and supporting end users and admin support via ticketing system
- System reviews and best practice advice may be requested
- Client requested data conversions
- Maintain client service level agreements
- Review and maintain client’s portfolio in their system of record
- Implementing best practice ideas in client systems
- Reporting ticket counts and repeat issues with clients
- Create and deliver customized training materials and documentation
- Liaison for both internal and external customers
- Support Senior Consultants on projects as needed
Requirements:
- Above average proficiency in a Real Estate Platform (Multifamily, Commercial, Senior housing, and Affordable experience all considered)
- Previous technical/software support experience
- Ability to switch tasks quickly and work with multiple clients and changing deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software applications quickly
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to be a self-starter and be comfortable with remote work
- At least 2 years of property management systems experience required (Yardi, Entrata or RealPage experience preferred)
