Job Description

Customer Support Representative for Auto Glass Now providing exceptional service and creating quotes for customers' glass needs in a remote setting. Positive attitude and sales background preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • To make every customer excited to use Auto Glass Now
  • Create estimates, price quotes, and invoices for all customer’s glass needs
  • Answer phones and return customer calls
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Attention to detail
  • Ensure accuracy when booking all appointments
  • Input documentation on all calls and follow-up with callers as needed
  • Confirm all customer information is correct before booking
  • Be professional and have a positive attitude

Requirements:

  • Must have a sales background for the experienced pay
  • Must have a positive attitude and customer service
  • Must have basic computer skills
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is a plus!
  • Prior phone or call center experience is a plus!
  • Home Internet
  • Must have open availability including Holidays and weekends (OT pay for holidays)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
