Job Description

Bilingual Appointment Setter focusing on outbound cold calling to secure appointments for a demolition company. Maintains CRM and supports business operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Appointment Setting
  • Cold Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to general contractors, property managers, and tradespeople to introduce the company and establish initial contact.
  • Pitching Services: Clearly communicate the company’s demolition and clean out services using simple, industry appropriate terminology without selling or quoting prices.
  • Qualified Bookings: Secure appointments for the business owner or internal team by confirming interest and availability.
  • Bilingual Communication: Utilize English and Spanish as needed to handle diverse business to business conversations.
  • Objection Handling: Respond calmly and professionally to pushback, questions, and rejection while maintaining consistent tone and confidence.
  • CRM Management and Data Accuracy
  • Contact Documentation: Accurately capture and log names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, and detailed call notes after every interaction.
  • CRM Updates: Maintain clean and up to date records inside Jobber and Go High Level.
  • Lead Categorization: Properly tag and organize contacts based on cold, warm, hot, past client, or referral potential.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure information entered is complete, accurate, and usable for long term follow up and marketing efforts.
  • Backend Operations and Automation Support
  • Automation Support: Assist with triggering and managing follow up automations based on call outcomes and lead status.
  • CRM Synchronization: Support the alignment of data between Jobber and Go High Level so both systems remain consistent.
  • Workflow Support: Help maintain backend workflows so no leads or opportunities fall through the cracks.
  • Intake and Documentation: Assist with forms, submissions, and internal documentation tied to lead intake and job tracking.
  • Internal Coordination and Process Improvement
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the owner, office manager, and admin team to follow SOPs and daily priorities.
  • Task Delegation Support: Take ownership of recurring operational tasks to free up internal staff for revenue generating work.
  • Process Awareness: Identify inefficiencies, gaps, or breakdowns in workflows and communicate improvement opportunities.
  • Consistent Execution: Maintain daily discipline, accountability, and follow through without requiring close supervision.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with cold calling or appointment setting in a B2B environment
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners, contractors, and decision makers
  • Strong communication skills with a calm, confident, and professional tone
  • Ability to quickly learn construction related terminology such as interior demolition, exterior demolition, selective demo, and full demo
  • Experience working with CRMs or backend business systems
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Self motivated and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining consistency day to day
  • Teachable and open to learning new systems and processes
  • Business minded with the ability to understand workflows and operational priorities
  • Bilingual English and Spanish Preferred but Not Required
  • Experience in construction, demolition, or property management environments
  • Familiarity with Jobber or Go High Level
