Job Description
Appointment Setter responsible for scheduling medical appointments using telephone. Ideal for candidates with medical scheduling experience and solid English vocabulary.
Responsibilities:
- El candidato ideal será responsable principalmente de utilizar el teléfono para programar citas médicas
- Estar familiarizado con las compañías de seguros médicos y las autorizaciones
- Este candidato debe tener experiencia en el ámbito médico en la gestión de procesos sanitarios
- Procesar pedidos con precisión y eficiencia y gestionar las derivaciones de pacientes
- Es importante tener experiencia en el campo de la salud, sus procesos, plataformas y terminología
Requirements:
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año completo en agendamiento medico
- Inglés B2+ o superior, con vocabulario sólido en agendamiento de citas medicas
- Conocimiento en agendamiento
