Job Description
Appointment Setter engaging potential clients through lead response and qualification. Responsible for booking serious, high-quality appointments while reinforcing the company’s premium positioning.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to inbound leads (Instagram, website, referrals)
- Qualifying leads based on budget, seriousness, and fit
- Positioning the company as premium and in demand
- Booking high-quality appointments for the sales team
- Call new leads promptly
- Follow up via call and text if no answer
- Maintain consistent follow-up (minimum 3–5 attempts)
- Identify project type, budget, timeline, decision maker
- Position meetings confidently and create urgency
- Confirm appointments clearly
- Log every lead in the CRM
- Track status and record notes
Requirements:
- Confident communicator (not needy)
- Strong listener with quick judgment
- Organized and consistent
- Understands high-end clientele
- Clear and professional speech
- Controlled “closer” mindset
