Job Description

Appointment Setter generating qualified appointments for growth-focused agency. Requires outbound prospecting and CRM management for service lines in LATAM.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling to generate qualified meetings.
  • Qualify inbound leads from website inquiries, marketing campaigns, and partner referrals.
  • Research target accounts and personalize outreach based on industry, tech stack, and business pain points.
  • Schedule qualified discovery calls and demos for the sales team across multiple service lines.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, conversations, and outcomes in HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, targeting, and ideal customer profiles.
  • Provide feedback on common objections, market trends, and prospect sentiment to support sales strategy.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, appointment setting, or inside sales role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfort with high-volume outbound calls and personalized outreach in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with outbound sales tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, including consistent CRM hygiene.
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, PPC, and lead generation is preferred.
  • Experience selling or setting meetings for marketing agencies, SaaS products, or CRM/tech services is preferred.
