Job Description

Inbound Sales & Appointment Specialist converting inbound leads for a U.S. cleaning company. Responsible for managing customer inquiries and scheduling appointments in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all inbound leads and customer inquiries via phone, text, and CRM (Housecall Pro)
  • Respond quickly to new inquiries and follow up with potential customers
  • Schedule appointments and manage booking coordination
  • Provide clear, friendly, and professional customer communication
  • Convert inbound leads into booked services using consultative sales techniques
  • Upsell recurring service plans (monthly, quarterly, biannual) and one-time cleanings
  • Apply a quarterly-first sales approach with strategic downselling when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for all customer interactions and job details

Requirements:

  • Fluent English with clear, neutral, and professional verbal communication
  • Experience in phone-based sales, inbound closing, or appointment setting
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems (Housecall Pro or similar)
  • Ability to manage multiple customer conversations efficiently
