Job Description

Sales and Appointment Setter for a startup helping Canadians become real estate investors. Focusing on lead management, sales outreach, and appointment setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage leads efficiently
  • Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and warm list re-engagement
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendar links
  • Support low- and high-ticket sales calls
  • Manage pipeline and track KPIs
  • Write scripts or templates for outreach
  • Confirm appointments and follow up post-call or post-event

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of solid experience in sales outreach, appointment setting, or lead management
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle cold calling and warm list re-engagement
  • Familiarity with sales tools, CRM, and KPI tracking
