Job Description
Appointment Setter role for scheduling meetings with recruitment teams. Engage decision makers and drive business growth through professional outreach and follow-up.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and follow up calls with companies that are recruiting, including warm inbound leads.
- Identify and engage hiring decision makers, introduce our recruitment services and qualify interest based on set criteria.
- Schedule discovery calls and consultations for recruiters or the sales team and ensure all details are accurate.
- Utilise CRM software to track interactions, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate records.
- Confirm meetings, reduce no shows, and support smooth handover to the recruiter or sales team.
- Handle objections professionally and keep conversations focused and value driven.
- Provide feedback and insights on lead quality, campaign performance, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or in a similar phone-based client facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in handling objections and overcoming challenges.
- Strong organisational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and driven to achieve measurable results.
- Coachable, adaptable, and open to feedback in a high-performance environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, further education or training in sales, marketing, or communications is a plus.
