Job Description

Appointment Setter role at Global Pacific Support. Engaging prospects and scheduling appointments with sales/service team while working remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for potential clients
  • Responsible for reaching out and engaging prospects
  • Schedule appointments with sales or service team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, or in a similar customer-facing role
  • Excellent English and Spanish communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism at all times
  • Reliable internet connection (at least 25 Mbps)
  • Functional laptop or desktop computer with webcam and noise-cancelling headset
  • Quiet and distraction-free home workspace
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
