Job Description
Appointment Setter role at Global Pacific Support. Engaging prospects and scheduling appointments with sales/service team while working remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for potential clients
- Responsible for reaching out and engaging prospects
- Schedule appointments with sales or service team
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, or in a similar customer-facing role
- Excellent English and Spanish communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism at all times
- Reliable internet connection (at least 25 Mbps)
- Functional laptop or desktop computer with webcam and noise-cancelling headset
- Quiet and distraction-free home workspace
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
