Job Description

Area Sales Manager for LEMKEN focusing on agricultural equipment sales in Italy. Responsible for implementing sales strategies and supporting dealers in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning and implementation of all sales activities
  • Further build up the LEMKEN brand in the area
  • Implementation of sales programs and monitoring of dealer stock
  • Organize individual demonstrations, field days, trade fairs and sales promotions
  • Motivate and expand an active dealer network
  • Daily support for dealers in selling and servicing LEMKEN products
  • Recognize market and innovation trends

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Sales, Service or Product Management position in agricultural equipment
  • Interest and knowledge of farming, agricultural machinery and dealer relations
  • Good technical understanding
  • High level of communication and intercultural skills
  • Experienced with Social-Media-Tools, MS Office
  • Ready to travel frequently
  • Fluent in Italian
  • Good communication skills in English or German
