Job Description
Area Sales Manager driving sales of instrumentation for Oil and Gas, ensuring customer service and follow-up on opportunities. Collaborating with key stakeholders and management for critical accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales activities across Oil and Gas end market working with instrumentation
- Take ownership of critical accounts
- Ensure proper follow-up of opportunities by liaising with key stakeholders
- Ensure best customer service to all customers
- Influence key decision makers to increase the winning chance for Rotork
- Collaborate in a matrix organization
- Proactive approach to dynamic issues
- Deliver quality, relationship building sales efforts
- Identify, create and execute marketing and business development activities
- Map accounts to determine core buying decisions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales of instrumentation products mainly covering O&G end market
- Engineering degree
- Strong existing business relations with customers in target industries at a senior management level
- Familiar with techniques required to co-ordinate sale products and services on capital projects as well as to resellers and end-users
- Strong experience in sales management covering instrumentation within the valves and actuators market
- Experience in Middle East oil and gas market / Applications. Market knowledge in W&P and CPI will be added advantage.
- Market knowledge with experience and/or key relationship to generate business opportunities
- Fluent English
