Job Description
Assistant Manager role in WNS designing responsive website layouts and UI. Responsibilities include collaboration with developers and maintaining design consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop responsive website layouts using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap Framework, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Convert wireframes and design mockups into fully functional, high‑quality web pages.
- Use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for graphics, icons, and UI assets.
- Ability to design occasional marketing assets like banners, email templates.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups using Adobe Photoshop, Figma or Adobe XD.
- Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and UI/UX best practices.
- Collaborate with back-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI designs.
- Conduct UI usability testing and iterate designs based on user insights and feedback.
- Optimize websites for performance, responsiveness, and cross‑browser compatibility.
- Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive and engaging web experiences.
- Maintain reusable components, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency.
- Implement responsive layouts using CSS3 Media Queries to ensure seamless user experiences across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Adjust UI components and page structures for different screen sizes through effective use of Media Queries.
- Participate in UX research, user journey creation, and persona analysis to support design decisions.
- Analyze user feedback and market trends to continuously improve website interfaces and interactions.
- Contribute to website architecture discussions and recommend scalable design solutions.
