Job Description

Senior Manager building physician partnerships for Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology. Developing KOL engagement, customer insights, advisory boards, and conference strategies across EMEA.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, cultivate, and maintain professional relationships with electrophysiologists, medical associations, and other key influencers
  • Define and implement engagement activities such as advisory boards and voice-of-customer events
  • Provide strategic insights to leadership on emerging trends, clinical needs, and market needs
  • Collaborate with marketing, clinical affairs, medical affairs, regulatory, R&D, compliance, and other internal functions
  • Co-develop action plans and objectives with local and regional leadership
  • Prepare leadership interactions with physicians
  • Track physician-related projects and ensure action-point execution
  • Provide regular updates and maintain feedback loops with leadership and local teams
  • Capture and synthesize KOL/customer insights to inform business strategy
  • Identify opportunities to elevate partnerships and reinforce J&J’s Electrophysiology leadership across EMEA
  • Lead physician selection and collaboration plans during external evaluations and product launches
  • Create strategic plans supporting Voice of the Customer events
  • Support BWI Advisory Board programs
  • Maintain physician engagement tracking software, including the Physician Engagement Dashboard and SF.com
  • Update engagements monthly and quarterly for quality data reporting and communication
  • Assist with EP conference planning and presence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in MedTech, Cardiovascular, and Electrophysiology
  • Experience in EP Clinical, Sales, Key Account Management, Clinical Science, or related commercial experience required
  • Experience working closely with high-volume, efficient, and sophisticated EP accounts and high-profile EPs/KOLs required
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate direction and set performance and results expectations
  • Ability to set, communicate, and enforce clear, measurable goals
  • Understanding of organizational dynamics, business concepts, and business issues
  • Strong project management experience, including gathering deliverable requirements and supporting business requests
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
  • Strategic approach with ability to operationalize insights
  • Ethical integrity and compliance orientation
  • Up to 50% travel
