Job Description

Team Manager optimizing coach-led fitness programs for Ladder’s strength-training app. Managing coaches, programming quality, member insights, and team performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the day-to-day execution, performance, and management of assigned Ladder teams
  • Review and analyze workout programming and maintain a 5-star quality standard for member experiences
  • Launch new teams, onboard coaches, and ensure teams are built for the right members
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Ladder and assigned coaches
  • Shape programming strategy with coaches, including training goals, progression, and evolution
  • Help coaches deliver programming, coaching, media, and community experiences
  • Own team success metrics and turn data and feedback into actionable guidance
  • Complete team workouts regularly and participate actively in Team Chat
  • Monitor team performance using platform metrics and member feedback
  • Build surveys when needed data does not already exist
  • Understand target members, their needs, and what keeps them training

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in business operations, program/project management, or account management
  • Current fitness certification (NASM, NSCA, ACE, or similar)
  • Ability to analyze workout programming and assess its quality
  • Ability to pull, read, and diagnose data
  • Ability to quickly learn Google Workspace, Amplitude, Claude, and in-house systems
  • Ability to build and analyze surveys
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-agency environments
