Job Description

Country Manager owning iGaming market performance across one or two markets. Analyzing metrics and driving CRM, retention, localization, and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the business performance of one or two markets as independent business units
  • Monitor key business metrics, product performance, CRM activities, customer support, and financial indicators on a daily basis
  • Analyze conversion funnels, retention, cohort performance, ROI, payback, and other business metrics
  • Conduct competitor research and analyze local market trends and customer behavior
  • Launch and optimize local CRM campaigns, bonus mechanics, retention initiatives, and promotional activities
  • Perform regular product testing, identify issues, and coordinate their resolution
  • Generate hypotheses, prioritize initiatives, and measure their business impact
  • Collaborate with Product, CRM, VIP, Customer Support, Marketing, Finance, Payments, Legal, and other cross-functional teams
  • Ensure high-quality product localization and adaptation to local market needs
  • Monitor deposits, VIP activity, and customer retention metrics
  • Continuously improve customer experience and overall business performance

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Country Manager, Product Manager, Product Operations, Business Operations, Growth Manager, or in a similar role
  • Experience in iGaming, FinTech, Neo-banking, Crypto, E-commerce, or other data-driven B2C digital products
  • Experience working with KPIs, conversion funnels, cohort analysis, financial, product, and business metrics
  • Proven experience identifying growth opportunities and delivering initiatives with measurable business impact
  • Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Experience with CRM, retention, or customer lifecycle management is a plus
  • Data-driven mindset: strong analytical skills, experience working with analytical tools, and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Strong ownership mindset and accountability for business results
  • Ability to work independently in a highly autonomous environment
  • Fluent Russian and English at B2 level or higher
