Job Description
Associate Director managing strategic healthcare marketing programs at EVERSANA INTOUCH. Leading PMO teams, client delivery, staffing, financial reporting, risk, and program health.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver and manage creative and strategic projects/programs
- Develop program and client-level staffing plans
- Provide program and client reporting on health, status, risks, and milestones
- Create issue mitigation plans
- Define and implement onboarding plans
- Manage project management team billability
- Conduct performance evaluations and goal setting for Project Coordinators, Project Managers, and Senior Project Managers
- Perform issue and escalation root cause analysis
- Facilitate retrospectives and share results with stakeholders
- Collaborate with the portfolio team on client road maps and improvement plans
- Develop direct reports and coach and mentor the team
- Enforce process adherence and manage resistance
- Review project outputs and provide feedback
- Manage and prioritize team workload
- Manage team goals, objectives, and escalations
- Identify program-level risks proactively
- Oversee program health, including budget, scope, and timeline
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through inclusive behavior and bias management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Experience delivering and managing strategic projects and programs in an advertising agency environment
- Ability to lead high-complexity and/or high-visibility projects
- Program management knowledge and experience
- Expert knowledge of executing all project types
- Experience working with ambiguity and mentoring others
