Job Description
Associate Marketing Manager supporting marketing initiatives for ZOLL’s EMS software solutions across North America. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and go-to-market activities for EMS software solutions.
- Support Sales Regional and Territory Managers with sales tools, presentations, and campaign materials.
- Help develop and maintain product guides, talking points, and digital content to enable the EMS software portfolio.
- Provide day-to-day support to field teams and customers, ensuring responsiveness and high satisfaction.
- Assist in aligning messaging and campaigns across ZOLL’s EMS hardware and software portfolios.
- Help collect, organize, and share competitive intelligence and customer insights for internal use.
- Support training initiatives, including preparing materials and assisting with training sessions for internal stakeholders.
- Support trade shows and industry events for EMS software, including planning, coordination, and execution assistance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline required
- 2+ years of experience in medical software marketing, medical device or B2B marketing experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or marketing automation tools is a plus
- Willing to travel up to 20%
