Job Description
Telemarketing Representative contributing to sales of Henry Schein products through outbound calls and inbound lead handling. Sales-driven role requiring strong communication and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities:
- Contributing to the sales of Henry Schein products
- Fostering, developing, cultivating, reinforcing, and maintaining the sales and marketing activities
- Making outbound calls to assigned physicians based on target lists, webinar leads, and digital marketing programs
- Handling inbound calls generated from leads and the 1-800 numbers
- Achieving established sales goals
- Handling both incoming and outbound calls
- Maintaining a daily average of 4 hours talk time and a minimum of 70 outbound calls
- Demonstrating high performance while maintaining profit dollar standards
- Updating and maintaining current customer records by logging all information in the Customer Profile screen
- Effectively utilizing the CSS, COE, and JDE systems
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Participating in special projects for Henry Schein division and performing other duties as required
Requirements:
- 2 or more years of related experience
- Data entry skills
- Computer proficiency required
- Strong communication skills required
- Very good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Very good attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer service oriented and ability to work with complex issues
- Ability to plan and arrange activities
- Very good interpersonal communication skills
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidential and highly sensitive information
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task
