Job Description
Associate Program Manager managing client budgets, relationships, and patient-support programs at Valeris. Driving healthcare commercialization solutions for life sciences brands.
Responsibilities:
- Manage programs, client accounts, budgets, and business analysis for assigned brands
- Gather and document business requirements and communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications to stakeholders
- Manage client program budgets and recommend ways to control program costs
- Serve as the primary business relationship manager and maintain day-to-day client relationships
- Conduct client meetings by phone, Webex, and onsite; provide program updates and presentations
- Develop expertise in assigned brands’ therapeutic classes and competitive products
- Develop and implement innovative solutions based on brand strategy, objectives, and competitive landscape
- Measure program KPIs and develop data-driven recommendations
- Assist clients in navigating internal requirements and processes
- Manage and coordinate relationships with third-party vendors, including agencies, SPPs, HUBs, service providers, and data/analytics teams
- Build relationships across internal functional areas and lead internal project stakeholders
- Serve as an internal and external subject matter expert
- Mentor and train Associate Program Managers as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or the pharmaceutical industry
- Three to four (3-4) years of project or program management experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and function as part of a highly collaborative team
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Access, and OneNote
- Organized and detail-oriented with effective time management skills
- Budget management and/or financial accounting skills
- Ability to take initiative and anticipate needs
- Ability to travel locally and out-of-town, up to 10%
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy preferred
- Graduate degree and/or additional certifications, including PMP, preferred
