Job Description

Strategic Accounts Program Manager leading national hyperscale data center infrastructure programs for E2 Optics. Managing strategic client relationships, multimillion-dollar projects, reporting, contracts, and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage the overall relationship with a strategic hyperscale data center client
  • Manage national program projects impacting critical infrastructure for the client's data center portfolio
  • Lead complex, multi-million-dollar new construction hyperscale data center projects
  • Identify program requirements and maintain operational integrity
  • Engage with internal customers and support the program through the entire project life cycle
  • Follow safe work practices and company and client worksite safety policies and procedures
  • Promote company Core Values and foster a family-centric culture
  • Drive E2 relationship strategy for the strategic account nationwide
  • Meet goals and metrics aligned with Executive Leadership’s mission and goals
  • Collaborate with Safety, Quality, Cost Controls, Continuous Improvement, and Operations teams
  • Ensure successful project delivery on time and on budget
  • Produce accurate and timely program status reporting throughout the life cycle
  • Oversee project proposals, contracts, and finances while maximizing profitability
  • Act as the primary point of escalation before corporate management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration or Construction preferred
  • 7–10 years’ telecommunications/low voltage management and revenue growth experience
  • 10+ years construction/telecommunications/data center industry experience with strong background in multiple facets of technology
  • RCDD certification preferred
  • BICSI Technician certification preferred
  • PMP certification preferred
  • OSHA 10 required
  • OSHA 30 preferred
  • Ability to understand and effectively quote every aspect of structured cabling systems, including pathways, spaces, horizontal cabling, backbone copper, backbone fiber optic, cross-and inter-connections, and testing
  • Proficient with reading and understanding blueprints of building floor plans and construction designs
  • Able and willing to travel up to 50% or as required by E2 Optics and/or customers
  • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Must regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet
  • Able to operate scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs if required
  • May be required to work in tight and confined spaces
