Job Description

Home-based Program Operations Specialist coordinating promotional-products logistics, fulfillment, rentals, and client deliverables. Supporting U.S. small and medium-sized businesses through DCX's BPO services.

Responsibilities:

  • Own project schedules, milestones, recurring tasks, deadlines, and follow-up
  • Manage onboarding timelines for new programs
  • Escalate strategic, financial, or client-sensitive issues to department leadership when appropriate
  • Serve as a primary day-to-day operational contact for third-party logistics and fulfillment partners
  • Coordinate inventory questions, discrepancies, adjustments, and escalations
  • Monitor receiving activity and resolve inbound inventory issues
  • Coordinate fulfillment, shipping, backorder, and delivery issue resolution
  • Work closely with internal Logistics and Production teams to resolve operational challenges
  • Monitor recurring fulfillment issues and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Maintain schedules for monthly, quarterly, and annual client meetings and program deliverables
  • Track post-meeting action items and ensure commitments are completed
  • Serve as a central point of operational coordination across the Strategic Programs team
  • Partner with Sales during new program transitions and onboarding
  • Coordinate rental requests, availability, timelines, shipping, and returns
  • Resolve rental-related operational issues
  • Maintain rental program procedures and documentation
  • Maintain and improve operational SOPs and recurring workflows
  • Document new processes as programs and responsibilities evolve
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience in project management, program operations, account operations, production, e-commerce operations, fulfillment, promotional products, or related experience
  • Strong project management, organization, and time-management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, orders, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to proactively identify issues and take ownership of driving them toward resolution
  • Ability to work within US operating hours
  • Experience maintaining project schedules, order documentation, and recurring operational workflows
  • Experience with project or order management platforms such as CommonSku
  • Comfortable communicating directly with suppliers, vendors, warehouses, and fulfillment partners
  • Experience managing purchase orders and supplier production is a plus
  • Experience with inventory management, fulfillment, shipping, or 3PL operations is a plus
  • E-commerce or online store experience is a plus
  • Branded merchandise, promotional products, print, apparel, or related industry experience is a plus
  • Enterprise or B2B client program experience is a plus
  • Client onboarding and implementation experience is a plus
  • Experience working across U.S. and Canadian operations is a plus
