Job Description
Seeking athenaIDX Analyst for configuration and build work. Join our healthcare team for a 12-month engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Perform configuration and build within assigned athenaIDX modules
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and test environments
- Develop and maintain documentation for system changes, workflows, and configurations
- Support optimization initiatives by providing subject matter expertise
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and best practices.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on athenaIDX experience
- Experience with ERA enrollments, Missing ERA files and assist with Exchange optimization tickets
- Experience with Athena EDI gateway for missing remittance
- Experience entering Athena cases
- Knowledge of Athena ERA exchanges and ERA file mapping to D198
- Experience with ERA Multi-Payer exchange set up
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
