Job Description

AVP of Human Resources overseeing payroll and benefits, managing HR operations and teams at Tidal Financial Group. Ensuring compliance and scalability as the company grows.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end payroll and benefits execution
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of issues
  • Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, and escalation paths
  • Lead the administrative team and Facilities Manager
  • Oversee office operations, expansions, and build-outs
  • Build and maintain repeatable HR operational processes
  • Lead and develop admin and HR operations staff

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of HR experience with payroll and benefits ownership
  • Experience managing HR operations, admins, or facilities
  • Strong execution skills and process orientation
  • Calm, reliable operator in a high-growth environment
