Job Description

Trainer:in unterstützt Kursteilnehmende bei der Kompetenzentwicklung im Homeoffice. WBS TRAINING AG führt Trainer:innen für innovative Bildungsansätze in Deutschland.

Responsibilities:

  • Subject-specific instruction delivered from the home office in WBS LearnSpace 3D®
  • Design and application of various teaching methods for course delivery
  • Creation and updating of teaching materials
  • Preparation and administration of assessments to measure learning success
  • Participation in quality assurance measures

Requirements:

  • Commercial vocational qualification or degree with a focus on personnel/human resources
  • Several years of professional experience in personnel management with focuses on labor and social law, personnel leadership and development, personnel services, and temporary employment/staff leasing
  • Proof of pedagogical aptitude is desirable (e.g., AEVO)
  • Methodical and didactic skill in conveying instructional content
  • Reliable, independent, and structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Excellent command of German as the language of instruction (C2 level)
