Job Description

Banking & Payments Partnerships Manager joining OKX to assist in global product expansion by securing banking and payment infrastructure. This role requires industry insights and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Partnerships team in understanding core business needs and conducting market research to source and evaluate potential banking and payment partners for OKX's global products and services
  • Support the Banking Partnership Directors in building, nurturing, and maintaining effective working relationships with new and existing partners across the globe
  • Provide essential administrative and logistical support throughout the partnership lifecycle, including scoping, due diligence, onboarding, application processing, documentation, and ensuring operational readiness
  • Act as a key liaison, working closely with internal teams (including Legal, Compliance, Product, Finance, and Local Markets) to gather necessary information, align strategies, and facilitate the successful forging of banking and payment partnerships
  • Contribute to the team's understanding of the latest developments, regulations, typical processes, and controls within the banking and payments industry

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience working in the banking or payments industry
  • Demonstrated ability to manage communication and projects involving multiple levels of internal and external stakeholders across cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrates resilience under pressure, possessing excellent problem-solving capabilities, and strong multitasking skills
  • Must be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
  • A foundational understanding and insight into the banking/payments industry, including relevant regulations, typical operational processes, and controls
  • Proficiency in English as a working language is a must.
