Job Description
Bid Manager managing end-to-end bid processes for NTT Global Data Centers. Leading bid delivery and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Successfully lead and manage the End-to-End bid process
- Manage the full bid lifecycle
- Lead the creation of key sales deliverables
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information
- Identify and assess potential risks associated with the bid
- Ensure the solution aligns with the organization’s financial goals
- Play an active role in contract negotiation
- Communicate effectively with customers about technical capabilities
Requirements:
- Business, technical, or other advanced degree
- A minimum of ten years experience
- Five years of Bid Management experience in data center colocation industry
- PMP or additional certifications preferred
- Familiarity with Bid Management methodology
- Five years of bid-management professional experience ideally in data center colocation industry or provider of complex technical systems and/or solutions
- Two years minimum experience with data center operators or parallel industry
- Two years progressive experience in large sales organization
- Strong affinity for sales and proposal development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interpret complex and technically detailed opportunities
- Strong project management capabilities
- Solid understanding of data center industry solutions and services
- High proficiency with Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Office and AI-based productivity tools
- Strong analytical mindset
