- Elite client service experience: 2–4 years in a high-level relationship management role. This can come from private wealth management, luxury hospitality, or a Customer Success role managing a book of business.
- Financial markets literacy: A strong understanding of investment products, market trends, and account types (registered, non-registered, corporate). You can discuss portfolios with a high-net-worth client without sounding scripted.
- Case management excellence: Experience managing a personal “queue” of long-running requests. Comfortable advancing a request from “In Progress” to “Resolved” over multiple days while providing consistent updates.
- Omnichannel professionalism: Proficiency in phone, video, and written communication. Able to move from a friendly courtesy call to a detailed email explaining a complex transfer document.
- Collaborative DNA: Experience working with internal stakeholders (such as sales or compliance) to resolve client issues behind the scenes.
Benefits:
- 🌸 Top-tier health benefits and life insurance
- 📈 Long-term group savings with employer match using our Wealthsimple for Business platform
- 🌴 20 vacation days + 4 wellness days per year, and unlimited sick and mental health days
- ✈️ 90 days away program: Employees can work outside of Canada for up to 90 days per calendar year
