Job Description
Bilingual French & English Customer Consultant providing excellent support to customers via multiple channels. Troubleshooting issues and ensuring seamless experience in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Providing support to French-speaking customers via phone, email and chat
- Troubleshooting technical and account-related issues
- Guiding users through platform features and functionality
- Ensuring an excellent customer experience at every interaction
- Gathering customer feedback to support service improvements
Requirements:
- Fluent French and English (C1/C2 level)
- Previous customer support experience is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment
