Job Description

Bilingual French & English Customer Consultant providing excellent support to customers via multiple channels. Troubleshooting issues and ensuring seamless experience in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to French-speaking customers via phone, email and chat
  • Troubleshooting technical and account-related issues
  • Guiding users through platform features and functionality
  • Ensuring an excellent customer experience at every interaction
  • Gathering customer feedback to support service improvements

Requirements:

  • Fluent French and English (C1/C2 level)
  • Previous customer support experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment
