Job Description

Bilingual Human Resources Manager focusing on HR operations and strategy in a remote setting. Collaborating with senior leadership to enhance talent management and associate relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure daily HR operations run smoothly between the company and our Support Centers
  • Build relationships with internal HR Support Centers
  • Provide language support to Support Centers that do not have French‑speaking staff
  • Recommend process improvements with our Support Centers
  • Develop and support an HR strategy with the Canadian leadership team
  • Conduct succession planning and talent assessment exercises
  • Oversee the Employee Relations function for associates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • MBA (preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in French and English
  • More than 5 years of experience in an HR generalist role; at least 2 years of experience conducting employee relations investigations
  • Outstanding ability to work independently, make decisions, and manage ambiguity in a fast‑paced environment
  • Knowledge of and experience with HR best practices
  • Knowledge of national labor laws and regulations
