Job Description

Bilingual Human Resources Manager providing strategic consultation and support for HR policies remotely. Overseeing talent management and ensuring smooth operations in HR services.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure daily HR operations run smoothly between the company and our Support Centers
  • Develop and support an HR strategy with the Canadian leadership team and the Director of Human Resources
  • Oversee the Employee Relations function
  • Liaise with Benefits and business leaders to facilitate job reviews and validate job descriptions (including pay equity)
  • Conduct succession planning exercises, talent assessments (9-box), and other workforce planning activities with leaders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
  • Over 5 years’ experience as an HR generalist; at least 2 years’ experience conducting employee relations investigations
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, make decisions, and handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge and experience of HR best practices and frameworks
  • Knowledge of national employment and labor laws and regulations
  • Strong employee relations skills and a deep understanding of the Canadian context
  • CHRP/CHRL or equivalent HR designation is an asset
