Job Description
Bilingual Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruitment, sourcing interpreters for language services at Kreato Global. Managing candidate pipelines and ensuring positive recruitment experiences in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment platforms.
- Schedule and conduct virtual interviews via Google Meet.
- Manage and maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment records.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
- Track and report on recruitment KPIs (e.g., candidates sourced, interviews completed, hires made).
- Ensure a professional, positive, and transparent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably within BPO, interpretation, or language services environments.
- Bilingual proficiency in English (C1–C2) and Spanish, both written and spoken (mandatory and assessed during the process).
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines and recruitment goals.
- Experience using sourcing and ATS tools such as Indeed, JazzHR, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms.
- Must be based in Latin America.
