Job Description

Business Development Representative helping find partnerships for AI Data Services at Alconost. Focused on outreach and conversation with potential clients in the tech sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential partners and buyers for AI Data Services
  • Run independent outreach campaigns — emails, LinkedIn, calls
  • Qualify leads and set up intro meetings with decision-makers
  • Participate in short daily standups to sync on progress and priorities
  • Collaborate with the team to refine positioning and messaging
  • Track your pipeline and report on key metrics
  • Stay on top of the AI data market — who's buying, what they need, where the gaps are

Requirements:

  • Have experience in B2B business development, sales, or partnerships
  • Speak and write fluent English — spoken English is a must, not optional
  • Can independently research markets, companies, and decision-makers
  • Know how to craft outreach that gets replies (cold emails, LinkedIn, calls)
  • Are technically literate — you understand GitHub, APIs, and AI/ML basics
  • Are self-driven, organized, and comfortable with short daily standups
  • Have experience selling tech services, data services, or AI-related products (a plus)
  • Can work across time zones and adapt to async communication
