Job Description
Director of Remote Sales leading a team to drive revenue growth and customer lifecycle value for healthcare services. Focused on performance and organizational alignment with go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the Remote Sales strategy
- Drive pipeline generation, conversion, and deal velocity
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing Remote Sales organization
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
- Establish and enforce performance standards
Requirements:
- 12+ years of professional experience
- 4+ years of management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years of leadership experience, managing managers or scaling teams
- Experience operating in a highly metrics-driven sales environment
- Experience with Salesforce and sales engagement platforms
