Job Description
Business Development Manager responsible for managing and expanding Aampere's dealer network in Finland. Focus on account management and new dealer acquisition through in-person relationships.
Responsibilities:
- You'll be our first dedicated hire on the ground in Finland, the face of Aampere in our biggest market
- Your job is to take it to the next level: serve our existing dealers intensively, unlock their full potential, and scale together with them
- You win new dealers, open up Finnish cities beyond Helsinki that we don't cover yet, and make the network broader and more robust
- You work hand in hand with our future Head of Dealer Network based in Munich. Until then you will work closely with our CGO & Co-Founder
- Own our existing dealers and turn them into long-term, active buyers
- Match the right cars to the right buyers, keep bid activity high and the network balanced
- Be our eyes and ears in the Finnish market: price shifts, regulatory changes, competitor moves, and report to HQ weekly
Requirements:
- 3+ years in B2B sales, partnerships, or account management, ideally in automotive, mobility, or marketplace businesses
- You can do both, at a high level. You open new doors (hunting) and you keep them open by deepening accounts strategically and growing them (farming)
- You have a clear preference for in-person selling, because you know the best deals happen face to face, not behind a screen
- You listen before you pitch. You convince through empathy and expertise
- Finnish at native level
- Business-fluent English for daily collaboration with our team in Munich
- Valid driver's license and based in Finland
Benefits:
- Attractive base salary with a performance-based bonus
- Company car
- Tech: Apple or Windows, we provide your laptop. You choose what you work best with.
- Remote: Full remote setup with a Danish employment contract via remote.com
- Munich x Denmark: Two weeks on-site in Munich for onboarding, then quarterly team meetups on-site in Munich
