Job Description

Business Development Lead managing client relationships and onchain incentive programs for crypto applications. Building sales pipelines and identifying new opportunities within the ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the sales pipeline end-to-end.
  • Build relationships across the ecosystem.
  • Structure incentive campaigns with clients.
  • Develop repeatable sales motions.
  • Partner with product and marketing.
  • Manage ongoing client relationships.
  • Represent Boost in the ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • You’ve sold to or partnered with crypto protocols before.
  • You understand onchain incentive mechanics.
  • You're a self-starter who can build a pipeline from scratch.
  • You're comfortable talking product.
  • You're organized enough to manage 20+ conversations at different stages.
  • You've worked at a crypto startup before.
  • You have a real network in crypto.
