Job Description

Business Development Manager driving growth with independent clients in foodservice. Hybrid role with home-based flexibility and focus on client relationships in West Wales.

Responsibilities:

  • Scope out, hunt, and seal the deal with new business opportunities
  • Cultivate connections with independent players in the local food market
  • Craft bespoke culinary propositions
  • Serve up growth, hitting profit targets
  • Welcome new clients with style
  • Monitor competition and independent market trends

Requirements:

  • Ideally come from a similar background to Field Sales
  • Commercial mindset
  • Drive and ambition to deliver against targets
  • Confident being out on the field
  • Advantageous to have food service experience or hospitality
  • Completion of great induction programme
