Job Description
Business Development Manager driving growth with independent clients in foodservice. Hybrid role with home-based flexibility and focus on client relationships in West Wales.
Responsibilities:
- Scope out, hunt, and seal the deal with new business opportunities
- Cultivate connections with independent players in the local food market
- Craft bespoke culinary propositions
- Serve up growth, hitting profit targets
- Welcome new clients with style
- Monitor competition and independent market trends
Requirements:
- Ideally come from a similar background to Field Sales
- Commercial mindset
- Drive and ambition to deliver against targets
- Confident being out on the field
- Advantageous to have food service experience or hospitality
- Completion of great induction programme
